EA Group has officially completed the rebranding of its construction and infrastructure company, with Eurovia DOOEL continuing operations under the new name EACOM DOOEL.
The change has been formally registered with the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia and represents a strategic step toward further consolidation, modernization, and clearer positioning of the company within EA Group.
The name EACOM reflects the company’s core areas of activity — Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Operation & Management — as well as its expanded scope in infrastructure, property development, and energy projects.
This rebranding does not involve any changes to ownership structure, management, legal entity, or operational capacities. All existing contracts, projects, obligations, and partnerships remain fully valid, ensuring continuity and operational stability.
Through this transformation, EA Group reinforces its long-term vision focused on sustainable growth, institutional governance, and the implementation of advanced technologies and management systems.
